Mark is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in Accounting, General Management, Banking, Property and Direct Private Lending. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University, an MBA from the Melbourne Business School, and Diplomas of Financial Services and Financial Planning. Having worked in Corporate & Business Banking (managing $300M+ portfolios), as well as owning and developing many properties directly, Mark is perfectly suited to advising clients on commercial and residential property-related transactions. Mark is intimately involved in the property development process from start to finish in addition to sourcing debt and equity for property development transactions, for clients of Lambert Capital Developments.
Ben is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years’ experience in property development finance, insolvency, credit control and accounts management. He has a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Banking & Finance with Monash University, and is currently completing his Double Diploma of Building and Construction (Management) & Project Management. Ben specialises in Property Construction & Development Management, this includes initial due diligence, liaising with external consultants and structuring development finance transactions. Together with Mark Greenberg, Ben has funded over $240M in debt & equity via Lambert Capital’s Direct Private Lending model.
Business Development Manager
Peter’s focus at Lambert Capital Developments is on the origination of transactions, sourcing of new properties to develop, and the management of the sales process from initial meetings with clients to delivering projects to handover. He has a vast business network and over 35 years’ experience in both business and property development. Prior to joining the team at Lambert Capital Developments, Peter has been involved in many successful property developments. He currently manages a portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout Melbourne, and his hands-on experience in the property space is a great resource for our many valued clients.
Daniel joined Lambert Capital in 2019 and brings with him over a decade of experience in property development, building/construction and finance. Daniel is involved in initial due diligence including feasibility analysis and assists with the structuring and delivering development transactions for clients of Lambert Capital Developments. His many years of hands-on project management, contract administration and property development experience perfectly complement the team at Lambert Capital. He has a Bachelor of Business & Commerce from Monash University.
Michael joined Lambert Capital with over a decade of experience in luxury residential property development, project/development management, marketing, sales & business development predominantly in Melbourne’s affluent Bayside suburbs. Michael’s strengths are research, due diligence, documenting, attention to detail, feasibility analysis and most importantly, delivering projects end to end for clients of Lambert Capital Developments. His many years of hands-on project management, contract administration and property development experience perfectly complement the team at Lambert Capital. Michael holds Bachelors & Masters qualifications from Griffith & Melbourne University with Honours, and was nominated for Australian of the Year by the latter in 2017.
